Is the price per person or for the whole vehicle?
Every price on this site is for the whole vehicle, not per person — two people and six people pay the same for the car. The rates listed are for an Ertiga. A different vehicle costs a different amount, so choose yours on the booking page and the total adjusts, or just ask us and we will quote it.
Are monument entry tickets included?
No. Entry tickets for the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri, Amber Fort and other ticketed monuments are paid separately, because rates differ for Indian nationals, SAARC visitors and other foreign nationals. Our driver will help you buy them at the counter or online.
Where does the tour start and end?
Pickup and drop are included from any hotel, railway station or bus stand in Mathura, Vrindavan or Agra. Pickup from Delhi, Noida, Gurugram or Jaipur is available at a small extra charge — mention it in your enquiry and we will confirm the amount in writing.
How much advance do I need to pay?
Only 25% of the total is needed to confirm a booking, by UPI or bank transfer. The balance is paid to the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or by UPI. We send a written confirmation with the driver’s name and vehicle number the day before.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before your travel date and the advance is refunded in full. Between 24 and 48 hours, half the advance is retained. Within 24 hours the advance is non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver have already been blocked for you.
Do you provide English-speaking drivers and guides?
Yes. English-speaking drivers are available on request at no extra charge, subject to availability — please mention it when booking. A licensed tour guide (English or Hindi) can be added for ₹1,500 per day and is well worth it in Agra and Jaipur.
Are the vehicles suitable for elderly travellers and children?
Absolutely. All vehicles are air-conditioned with comfortable seating, and our drivers are used to travelling with senior citizens and young children. Tell us about any mobility needs in advance and we will plan the stops and parking accordingly.
What if I want to change my itinerary during the trip?
Small changes — an extra temple, a longer lunch, a market stop — are usually no problem at all; just tell the driver. Anything that adds significant distance may involve a small extra charge, which we will always tell you about before it is added.
