Booking terms in plain language

How is my total calculated?

Each day package price is the cost of the whole vehicle for that day, so two people and six people pay the same for the car. The published rates are for the Ertiga; picking a different vehicle adjusts the price. Add-ons are then calculated by their own unit — a guide per day, hotel assistance per room per night (two guests to a room), and the meals package per traveller per day. Everything is itemised in the summary before you send anything.

When do I pay?

Not now. After you send the enquiry we confirm availability and send you a written quotation. A 25% advance by UPI or bank transfer confirms the booking; the balance is paid to the driver at the end of the trip.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Date changes are free if requested more than 48 hours ahead, subject to availability. Cancellations more than 48 hours before travel are refunded in full; between 24 and 48 hours, half the advance is retained; within 24 hours the advance is not refundable.

Is the estimate final?

The figure shown here is an accurate estimate for the packages and add-ons you selected. It can change only if you ask for something extra — a distant pickup point, an added city, or a larger vehicle than the group needs. We always confirm any change in writing before it applies.
